To lead on, implement and execute the company's Technical’s corporate communication strategy, acting as subject matter expert to ensure that communications are aligned to Technical Division strategy and company values.
Take full accountability for Technical Division internal communications, to plan, develop and maintain a range of integrated communications tools and to provide advice and support to Technical management across the business division.
Develop the internal Technical Division’s ongoing communication plan in order to ensure the proper communications are delivered to the division in a timely manner. Develop internal communication tools with the support of the leadership team and HR, to recommendations to maximize the visibility of the Technical Division.
Identify positive PR story ideas/angles to promote technical division to drive publicity, which in turn helps the division to drive increased revenues and profitability by means of liaison with different departments within the company.
Prepare presentations for internal and external audiences, writing press releases for Technical Division and speeches for the CTO and senior management for medical-related events and workshops. Support media request regarding Technical Division. Prepare written statements for and on behalf of the CTO and senior Leadership Team. Thoughtfully react in the event of negative coverage.
Manage regular exchanges of information with the Head Office, ensuring key messaging is disseminated to generate positive coverage. Responsible for keeping all communications material up to date, delivering information on a pro-active basis to key company stakeholders.
