Assist in the achievement of Unit sales targets as well as contribute to overall Company Print Production Sales performance.
Achieve targeted sales revenue by enhancing third party sales.
Identify potential customers and approach them to present Company Print production capabilities and to build a business fruitful relationship. In the case of strategic client importance, liaise with the GM and Print production team to develop the best client approach.
Develop proposals for the potential clients that meet their needs and ensuring that terms and conditions/pricing are in line with the approved guidelines.
Provide ideas and recommendations to incorporate marketing efforts into sales activities.
Manage relationships with the assigned existing clients and coordinate the resolution of any issues.
Analyze clients for up-selling opportunities aiming to maximize their contract value.
Consult clients with regards to print production planning and Company Print production services applicable to their needs.
Implement customer loyalty strengthening programs to ensure that clients are willing to continue a business relationship with Company Production.
Prepare and submit reports on sales portfolio performance to GM production.
Drive revenue and clients to the Company Print production portfolio, and hit all targets, monthly, quarterly and annually.
Provide daily advice and guidance to the Executives (if applicable) as well as monitor their performance ensuring it complies with the relevant policies and procedures.
Perform any other work-related duties as assigned by the GM production.
Contribute to people development initiatives.
Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.
