Job Description

  • Experience in handling FIDIC, NEC, and/or other bespoke types of contracts.
  • Sound knowledge of legal requirements in contracts
  • Familiar to manage the contracts by foreseeing and applying the requirements of the local standards/regulations
  • Capability to interpret the conditions of Contract and to correlate with the requirements of Project Specification, QCS, etc.
  • Shall be experienced and independent in Contractual correspondences and shall have excellent skills in contractual correspondence.
  • Communicate with the Project Team and advise them for the scope of works with regards to the Contract.
  • Identify the scope of Variations/ Delay events and notify the Client within the Contract time frame.
  • Maintain various LOG’s such as for Delay Events, Variations, Subcontract Agreements, Issues in Project, etc.
  • Shall be responsible for providing all documental evidence & Narrative for preparation of EoT Claims, other claims and variations.
  • Subcontracts Administration including preparation of Agreements, Contractual correspondences, attend meetings for any commercial/ contractual disagreements, etc. as and when required
  • Identify the problems in Project, advice the contractual solutions and report to the Management.
