Our client in Doha, a reputable 5 star hotel urgently requires an experienced Executive Housekeeper.
- Responsible for all facets of Housekeeping Operations.
- Identify strategies to increase revenue, profitability and Guest Satisfaction.
- Develops, coaches and manages Team Members to consistently deliver four diamond service to guests.
- Ensure proper implementation of all policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and motivation to achieve optimal performance.
- Track all expenses within the department.
- Responsible for scheduling, training and any coaching or disciplinary matters in relation to company and department policies.
- Resolves guest complaints and ensures guest satisfaction.
- Completes reports and projects assigned.
- Works closely with other departments such as Front Desk, Reservations.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Housekeeping, experience in a management role at a high-occupancy resort
- Proven track record in Hotel Management
